We used United Rentals, who contracted Armstrong for our move out, another company moved us in as we moved to another state. Fast forw...

We had cabinets from Lowe's delivered to our house. Michael Shirley and his assistant were very polite and helpful. They explained the process to me and worked to figure out where to unload everything so that it fit without inconveniencing us too much. Although I did not get to choose who delivered...

Had an absolute horrible experience with our move. Not only were they unable to "locate" our items for a few days but once they did, they told us our thing were "stuck" in Texas and couldn't give us an eta of when we'd get them (insane). Once they finally did give us an eta of when our items would b...

Armstrong posted a response to my review but still has not called/returned calls or offered any support to address property damage. Customer service is more than posting a response online - at a minimum, it's a return call to paying customer. Very disappointed...still!

TERRIBLE! Do NOT Use Armstrong Relocation - Charleston for storage or moving! Our family selected Armstrong Relocation after interviewing several movers for short term storage and a local move. We did our research, due diligence and finally selected Armstrong Relocation even though they were more...

Anyone who's moved a lot knows the million things that can go wrong from broken elevators in buildings to missing furniture parts at the final destination. And of course broken items. DJC packers are excellent: everything labelled perfectly, nothing lost, nothing broken. Movers are fast but caref...

When our move had to be rescheduled due to Hurricane Florence, they offered to move us a day early! We opted to wait and they kept in c...

Dale J. Cook Moving & Storage has moved my family 3 times! Each time was a great experience. Respectful and hard working people! The owners don’t sit behind a desk, they get out there and do the moves themselves so you know your belongings are going to be treated right! Great family company. Would...

They even cleaned out my storage unit after they packed and picked up the items! Awesome crew. Thank you Michael, Andrew, M...
